From Khorog to Khorog

7 days trip in The Pamirs

Day 1    Drive from Khorog towards Wakhan, on the way visiting Garmchashma, Qah-qaha fortress, Yamchun fortress, Bibi Fatima Hotspring Solar Calendar and Museum in Yamg.
Dinner and Overnight in Yamg.
Day 2 Drive towards Zong and then to Dirch, start trekking to Engels meadow basecamp, camp overnight on Engels meadows.
Day 3 Start trekking back to Dirch then transfer to Hissor .

Day 3 Drive towards Langar with visiting of Shrine of Shohqambari Oftob and Langar petroglyphs, drive via the Khargush pass to Pamir Highway and drive to Bulunkul with short visit of Geyser in Bulunkul and view point of Yashilkul.

Day 4 Start Driving towards Murghab, on the way brief look in Alichur, Bashgumbez Caravanserai and Shorbuloq Observatory , Shakhti paintings (highest in The world 4200m)

Day 5 Drive towards Karakul, visiting Murghab basar, short stop in Rangkul (Cave of Alexander the Great), photostop on the highest point of Pamir High way (Aqbaital Pass 4655m), taking photo of Karakul lake and Peak Lenin (7134m).

Day 6 Drive back towards Jelondi, visiting Pamirskiy Post (old Soviet check point) in Kuna-Qurgan and abundant old airport.
Lunch in “White fish” Aq-baliq.
Dinner and overnight in Jelondi hotspring
Day 7 Drive towards Khorog, visiting botanical garden in Khorog, museum and city Park. Lunch in Serena tea house.
